EU Declarations of Conformity
This page is the permanent location for the EU Declarations of Conformity (DoC) for ONE WARE products with digital elements under the EU Cyber Resilience Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/2847).
The Cyber Resilience Act entered into force on 10 December 2024. Its obligations apply in stages:

No Declaration of Conformity has been issued yet, because the obligation does not yet apply. This page exists now so that the reference in our product documentation points somewhere stable, and so you can see the current status rather than having to ask.
Declarations will be published here as they are issued, ahead of the December 2027 deadline.

A remote data-processing solution is in scope of the CRA through the products it supports, but is not itself CE-marked as a standalone product. The hosted Cloud is covered within the documentation of the products that rely on it.

Technical documentation
The technical documentation supporting each declaration is maintained by ONE WARE GmbH and retained for at least 10 years after the product is placed on the market, or for the support period, whichever is longer.
It is made available to market-surveillance authorities on reasoned request. It is not published, because it contains detailed security information about products in the field.
